Being In The Present Moment



Lately, I have been taking more time out for journaling, prayers, and meditation. These types of things help to reduce stress and anxiety in our modern-day world. By practicing these self-care tools, patterns and behaviors are revealed to me that may no longer serve me for my highest good. A quote I saw this week and loved was: "You don't have to waste your life Darling, it's okay to change."


I love to go out in nature observe life around me through people, animals, and nature. By doing this, my heart fills with wonder and awe.


Gratitude for being alive is a key to Serenity.


What comes to mind that brings you peace? Fills your heart with joy or brings you back to the present moment?

These are the pleasures of life simplicity at its best.
